I live in Connecticut and my family and I have an annual tradition of coming to every Baltimore Raven's opening game. This is our third time eating at the Rusty Scupper. The food is excellent and the service fast and friendly. It is a very nice and pleasant experience. We plan to keep coming back every year.

First time I visit and being here a long time. The ambiance and the view to the Inner harbor made the dining experience the best in a long time. Restaurant is clean and very well maintained, no sign of anything old or falling apart. The food was great. My wife loves lobster and now I know this is the best place in Maryland to order a proper steamed lobster. We’re definitely coming over for Anniversary and Birthday celebrations.

Excellent first experience at Rusty Scupper. We had a wonderful calamari appetizer, the bread was also delicious. The lump crab cakes were perfect, 98% crab meat. Definitely recommend it as well as the Spanish Sangria

We loved this restaurant! Best crab cakes we’ve ever had-and we are in our 60’s and wife is from Maryland. All the food was excellent, as were the drinks. And the service was fun and attentive. Will happily return.

Very nice overall dining experience overlooking the Inner Harbor. Food is fantastic but a little overpriced; although portions are generous. Service was a bit off, waited about 10 minutes before a server addressed us, received appetizers before our drinks arrived (maybe the bar was backed up?) and had to flag server down for additional drinks. That said, staff was very pleasant and friendly. Biggest complaint is the noise, it is a very crowded restaurant, but the scenery certainly helped!

Love the view of the harbor, we had a nice relaxed dinner for 6 before the Springsteen concert. Everyone enjoyed their meal the server was outstanding. It's pricey no doubt about it but wonderful experience for us all.
