We usually love Rusty Bucket but our waitress was truly abysmal. She took our orders and brought drinks once . Then we didn’t see her again. We wanted drink refills and were unable to obtain them until we were ready to leave. Spent more than half the meal thirsty. We would have liked to tip less than 20 percent but that is what was automatically added on the handheld credit card machine and she held it in her hand while my husband was trying to pay. Food was ok but not as good as usual. Not sure we will be back anytime soon.

Our server was excellent, Mike I believe was his name. My husband said the salmon was best he ha# had anywhere.

Dinner with a group of 4 occurred on a Sunday evening. The hostesses and server were friendly and polite. The server was prompt taking our orders, refilling our drinks, and checking to see how things were. The food tasted great. Any special requests in the order was noted by the kitchen and prepared perfectly.

Rusty Bucket is one of our go to restaurants for our family. Enjoy the casual atmosphere and open windows on a nice day. Menu has a good variety and the food is delicious!

Best fried fish in a bar lounge setting. Service is top notch. Rusty Bucket has managed to keep their prices low considering inflation. Their food and service is consistently very good. Portions are quite plentiful.

I always enjoy being able to reserve through OpenTable for Rusty Bucket as there are always time slots available to meet my needs even last minute. The staff are always friendly and the food is above standard fare. My son has food allergies and they are always willing to ensure he is taken care of. I had the Chicken Cobb salad - my new go-to and favorite here. My son had the burger and fries. All was properly prepared and tasty. Pricing has gone up, but that is everywhere. The only question I have is why they don't share the beer list willingly. I always ask what are they drafts and they comeback with "What do you like?" I like to try different beers when dining (don't want to buy a 6-pack to try others I may not like) and look for something that catches my eye. Without looking at the list, I can't do this without having them eventually reading off everything. Maybe a QR code for my review would solve this only annoyance I have here - otherwise everything else is above expectation.
