Depuis plus de 85 ans, le Russian Tea Room accueille les moments culturels déterminants de New York. Depuis que les membres du ballet impérial de Russie ont fondé ce restaurant en 1927, des acteurs, écrivains, politiciens et hommes d'affaires s'y sont retrouvés pour planifier leurs marchés et fêté les dernières performances au Carnegie Hall de leurs amis.

My friend and I had a delicious meal at the Russian Tea Room. The tea selection and presentation was outstanding . Highly recommend!

Great fun to have a meal at this iconic restaurant! The decor is stunning. And the maitre’d was charming, taking time to greet us and to identify some of the wonderful paintings that cover the walls. Oh, and the food was good too. 😁

Overall an underwhelming food experience for afternoon tea. The sandwiches were so so, the sweets and scones were actually not good. The scones were dry and the sweets just all sugar - no flavor. Would not recommend afternoon tea.

Absolutely everything first class ! Your spending a bit of money but the menu staff and overall experience is superb. Treat yourself!

The ambiance, service, decor and dessert were all delightful. My scallop entree was another story. They were chewey and tough; not what I expected at such a high-end eatery. In hindsight, I should have sent the dish back. However, it was a celebratory gathering and I didn't want to 'be that person.' Therefore, now that I have experienced the famous venue, it is doubtful that I will go back or recommend it to my foodie friends in the future. Thank you for asking! Evelyn Saadeh 646-500-3768

We ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and Beef Stroganoff for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. My niece was thrilled with the positive experience. Our waiter was attentive and efficient. The ambiance was wonderful.

I had an amazing experience at the Russian Tea Room this week. I will never forget it and it was sort of a lifetime experience. I ate here in 1983 when I was 12 years old. My parents had the reservations for a long time. We lived in Miami and came to NYC to see a few Broadway shows and Radio City Music Hall. I remember Erma Bombeck, a popular author in the 80s, sat next to us. The restaurant was beautiful and glamorous and I had borscht for the first time. I remember feeling so special just being there. Fast forward to this week. I saw the restaurant pop on on Open Table and I didn't realize my hotel was just around the corner. I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years but never knew it was so close. I walked in the restaurant and it was just as beautiful as I remembered. I told my waiter about my experience when I was 12, I'm now 54, and it was like they rolled out the red carpet for me. I had the best service, the best food, and even got to see their special event space upstairs which is also gorgeous. I can't believe I waited 42 years to come back and I can't wait to bring my 3 boys and husband here the next time we visit NYC.

Had a wonderful experience. This was my first time at RTR. Took my wife out for her birthday. She loved it. Food was amazing. I got the beef Wellington. Beef was cooked to perfection. I would definitely go back.
