Public transit
There is a bus service run by the town which runs approximately every 40 minutes into Banff. Fare is $2.00 per person. The bus operates daily from 6:35 a.m. until 11:15 p.m. The closest bus stop is located directly out the front of the hotel on Spray Ave.

My friend and I went for afternoon tea and had an incredible time! Our server, Marco, was super attentive and knowledgeable about tea which made the experience so enjoyable for myself (a tea lover) and my friend (a tea novice). The teas and the food were delicious, and the view is unbeatable! A highlight of our trip so far.

Good but not as great as it used to be. When we've had afternoon tea here in the past we were served a variety of breads and some unusual shapes like pinwheels or mini savory tarts, this time all white bread sandwiches with mostly mundane filling. The mushroom sandwich was not to our liking. The only 2 we could say we enjoyed were the salmon and egg ones. We also used to get 5 mini deserts each this time only 4. Having said all that the included Mission Hill prosecco was very good which was a new feature. The staff were very helpful and the service good. I think going forward we will forego the afternoon tea in favour of the other lunch options available.

Incredible festive tea experience we make a tradition. We walked around the castle, saw carollers, saw Santa!, had the executive chef talk to us about the huge grinch castle, had an outstanding tea against a beautiful backdrop. Just an A+ experience.
