We enjoyed another tasty adventure at Rumi’s Kitchen. The lamb hummus and burrata & bastirma appetizers were delicious and the corn ribs and crispy potatoes are excellent repeats for us each visit. The gheyma and shrimp kabob entrees were pretty good. All-in-all, another enjoyable experience.

Get the dips hummus and lamb was amazing and ask for no orange in your rice unless you like really sweet rice!

The food (appetizers and main courses) was good but when our cocktails arrived we noticed that over 50% of the entire glass was a large ice block. Not what I expected for an $18 specialty drink. Our server seemed to have too many tables and was stressed. We tried 3 of the desserts. Only the chocolate pudding type dessert was good. I would recommend against ordering dessert here. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and I left feeling dissatisfied.

All over is a good experience except for waiting we have a reservation for two weeks ago for 730 and when you get there they they just keep it standing in the corner till 40 minutes so that part I don’t like it and otherwise it was OK

I did not expect to be served old reheated duck. I have heard so much about this restaurant & was excited to dine here. It started out rather nice with delicious drinks & labneh. But I certainly expected freshly cooked duck breast not days old duck legs & thighs. Bleck
