Chef Ali Mesghali"s nearly lifelong love of cooking combined with his love for Sufism brought to life for the first time in Atlanta's culinary scene the concept of Rumi's Kitchen in 2005.
At Rumi's Kitchen, Ali has been able to artfully bring together an atmosphere full of joyous energy with attentive and generous Persian hospitality along with the unforgettable unique aromas and flavors of the Persian cuisine which is truly reflective of his simple intention to bring joy and happiness to the overall dining experience of the guests. Every member of the team at Rumi's Kitchen strives in delivering the service that is demanded by such a unique intention and vision.
While Rumi's Kitchen is a Persian restaurant at its core, the menu is constantly supplemented by dishes pulling influences from other countries, keeping the cuisine at the forefront of the dining scene in Atlanta.

    It was amazing experience! Great food and great service. The food was so fresh and well plated. The cocktails were also very good.

    Rumi’s food is incredible. We always get a variety of entrees and then have a whole meal for later. Seems to be a common thing at each location that tables are SUPER close together, you can hear every word the table next to you speaks. Noise level is loud. Lobby is crowded with lots of people standing around and crammed together. Not exactly a great date spot. Although the food it great, I would probably choose somewhere else for a date in the future.

    Started with cauliflower and amazing first try then enjoyed shrimp appetizer and falafel and hummus with GF options. Server was great as well! Would like veggies stew to be at this location to enjoy as well.

    We always have great food at Rumi’s kitchen. The staff is friendly. It is typically a loud atmosphere, but you are never rushed.
