Chef Ali Mesghali"s nearly lifelong love of cooking combined with his love for Sufism brought to life for the first time in Atlanta's culinary scene the concept of Rumi's Kitchen in 2005.
At Rumi's Kitchen, Ali has been able to artfully bring together an atmosphere full of joyous energy with attentive and generous Persian hospitality along with the unforgettable unique aromas and flavors of the Persian cuisine which is truly reflective of his simple intention to bring joy and happiness to the overall dining experience of the guests. Every member of the team at Rumi's Kitchen strives in delivering the service that is demanded by such a unique intention and vision.
While Rumi's Kitchen is a Persian restaurant at its core, the menu is constantly supplemented by dishes pulling influences from other countries, keeping the cuisine at the forefront of the dining scene in Atlanta.

Exceptional food! Great selections, large portions with fabulous sauces. Delicious apps and mains. Wonderful sides. Great vibe. Service was good, a lot of mistakes on bringing orders to the right person. We really enjoyed it. Will be back!

Excellent service, Diana was wonderful and especially attentive. Food, as always was beyond expectations. Outside atmosphere was beautiful and comfortable even in winter.

We had the smile-iest waitress who was very attentive. The food was cooked perfectly and delicious. It was a delightful dinner!

Food was delicious! We have gluten and soy allergies and our server was extremely helpful in helping us navigate the menu accordingly. Our meals were delicious and free from our allergies. We can’t wait to eat at Rumi’s again!

My family and I have tried every location that Rumi's Kitchen has and have always had a wonderful experience, but the Avalon location is our favorite mainly due to the decor! Each location is beautiful but the Avalon has more light, and appears to be larger, located within a great shopping location and has free parking.

Amazing, as usual. Such a vibrant scene happening at Rumi. The food is Michelin Star worthy. Cocktails are a hit and the service top notch!

Rumi's has continued to delight and is always one of our favorite go to's for exceptional service, food, and ambience. Madison, the manager always goes above and beyond for her guests and has established an amazing atmosphere and consistent, amazing food and service. The shirin rice and the kabobs are incredible. We look forward to eating at Rumi's and are never disappointed.

Fantastic restaurant. The food and service is incredible. Our favorite appetizers are the lamb hummasyia and grilled shrimp. We are a huge fan of the Sea Bass and Salmon. It comes out perfectly cooked every time. We went for our anniversary recently and our server Santiago took great care of us making it a very special night.
