Chef Ali Mesghali"s nearly lifelong love of cooking combined with his love for Sufism brought to life for the first time in Atlanta's culinary scene the concept of Rumi's Kitchen in 2005.
At Rumi's Kitchen, Ali has been able to artfully bring together an atmosphere full of joyous energy with attentive and generous Persian hospitality along with the unforgettable unique aromas and flavors of the Persian cuisine which is truly reflective of his simple intention to bring joy and happiness to the overall dining experience of the guests. Every member of the team at Rumi's Kitchen strives in delivering the service that is demanded by such a unique intention and vision.
While Rumi's Kitchen is a Persian restaurant at its core, the menu is constantly supplemented by dishes pulling influences from other countries, keeping the cuisine at the forefront of the dining scene in Atlanta.

Excellent overall but expensive for lunch. Over $100 for lunch for 2 entrees, 2 people with no apps is just too much

Even after reserving the table in advance, we were to wait 45min to get my table. That to we haven’t get the preferred table. I have to compromise the preference as Kids were hungry and impatient. This is my first time to this restaurant, and I had a very bad experience.

Great experience and service was amazing. Staff was always there helping. The place was jumping with so many people and had a great decor. The food was tasty (fried eggplant app and lamb main with green chutney) and definitely value compared to other restaurants in Atlanta. Recommend.

Great server today. No rush but there when we needed him. Food amazing as always. Portions are huge so we share an entree and add a side. Cocktails were weak and too sweet unfortunately.

New favorite restaurant! Jessica was our server and she was so helpful explaining the delicious Persian spices and foods to us- several were new to us! We will be back!

Yessie was our server and he was wonderful! Full knowledge of the menu and his recommendations did not disappoint! Food was very delicious! One of our favorite places to go!
