Chef Ali Mesghali"s nearly lifelong love of cooking combined with his love for Sufism brought to life for the first time in Atlanta's culinary scene the concept of Rumi's Kitchen in 2005.
At Rumi's Kitchen, Ali has been able to artfully bring together an atmosphere full of joyous energy with attentive and generous Persian hospitality along with the unforgettable unique aromas and flavors of the Persian cuisine which is truly reflective of his simple intention to bring joy and happiness to the overall dining experience of the guests. Every member of the team at Rumi's Kitchen strives in delivering the service that is demanded by such a unique intention and vision.
While Rumi's Kitchen is a Persian restaurant at its core, the menu is constantly supplemented by dishes pulling influences from other countries, keeping the cuisine at the forefront of the dining scene in Atlanta.

    The tables are way too close and very noisy. I love Rumis good but always try your best eat outside. Unfortunately it was too steamy this evening. Always love the good!!!

    Rumi’s is always so good. One of my favourites. Our server Cat was excellent. She gave us time to enjoy but always seemed to know when to check in with us.

    Rumi's was great as always. Our server, Evan was great. He treated us like his friends and went above and beyond to serve us. The food was amazing, as a Persian, Rumi's is our always to go to restaurant.

    Service was excellent, food was amazing. Noise level was almost too loud for conversation. There was also a massive water/window leak at the table. The manager did come over to ask if we wanted to be moved but we decided to stick it out and he did compensate with a free dessert.

    We ordered small plates to share and each was better than the last. Service was unobtrusive but completely efficient and professional. We were celebrating a significant birthday and a beautiful baklava dessert was comped. A return visit is already in the works. Thanks to Rumi's Kitchen for making it a memorable event!

    For the first time in my birthday we had a bad experience in Rumi’s The waitress didn’t have any knowledge about food & drink She brought the wrong food and appetizer for us. She didn’t offer me for any especial Pastry in my birthday. She said she forgot it was my birthday And also, we supposed to be explained for her for the few times about the food and appetizer and drink. We never had this bad experiencing this perfect restaurant.  waitress

    It was too warm in restaurant. Between wall of glass windows and sun on one side, and open kitchen with grills, it was too warm. Alcoholic drinks are half ice. Where’s the drink value?
