Welcome to Rumi's Kitchen - Sandy Springs! The premier Sandy Springs location for Persian Cuisine. Owner and Head Chef Ali Mesghali’s unique and flavorful touch has been wowing patrons for over 20 years. His previous restaurant, Persepolis, was a Sandy Springs favorite.

Rumi’s Kitchen - Sandy Springs draws influence from the culinary mother of the Middle East, Persia, which spanned from the banks of the Nile River in the west to the mountains of Northern India in the east, and from the shores of the Caspian Sea in the north to the deserts of Arabia in the south of the Persian Gulf.

    We went to Rumi's to celebrate a belated birthday. The guest of honor is vegetarian, and it was gratifying to have the waitress ask about any dietary needs or restrictions and be able to offer informed recommendations about the menu. The service was prompt and discrete. Every dish was tasty and served at an ideal temperature, and the portions were not skimpy (though I hesitate to say they're generous). The interior is tastefully rustic and well decorated. It is a bit noisy- you don't necessarily hear every word of your neighbor's conversation, but there is a notable roar where it can be a bit hard to hear other members of your group. However, the experience was lovely. Additionally, the reservation was flexible- due to traffic, part of the party was running late, and we were able to push it a bit later with no issue at all

    Very very good food and it all tasted very fresh. Cocktails are also very good but be careful for the jalapeño one, it’s super spicy haha

    Allie was great, very attentive and gave great recommendations on dishes to try, all of which we enjoyed! The Chilean sea bass is divine and the hummus is the best I’ve had!

    Alyse took great care of us and as always, the food was outstanding! Thank you for always being consistent, as I know I can take friends who have never been there before and trust everyone will enjoy their meal. ;-)

    great as always - and we had the best server ever. She was so pleasant and very attentive even during a busy lunch.

    Always a great meal! Only downside is it’s a bit loud for us old folks (I’m mid 50s). We sat outside and much less noisy. But always great food, drinks, and service.

    Lovely dinner, quick service. Very loud inside. Outdoor seating is available. Large portions, omg! Great value.
