Welcome to Rumi's Kitchen - Sandy Springs! The premier Sandy Springs location for Persian Cuisine. Owner and Head Chef Ali Mesghali’s unique and flavorful touch has been wowing patrons for over 20 years. His previous restaurant, Persepolis, was a Sandy Springs favorite.

Rumi’s Kitchen - Sandy Springs draws influence from the culinary mother of the Middle East, Persia, which spanned from the banks of the Nile River in the west to the mountains of Northern India in the east, and from the shores of the Caspian Sea in the north to the deserts of Arabia in the south of the Persian Gulf.

    Rumi’s Kitchen blew me away! I love simple food that doesn’t cut on flavor, and this Persian restaurant did not disappoint. Our server, Brandon, was polite, welcoming and conversational. He explained the menu and was very helpful if we had any questions. Food came out promptly and was SO GOOD. The Mirza Ghasemi was my favorite while my other guest was floored by the perfectly charred steak kabob. We loved the addition of the sumac spice. Brandon also offered us a dessert in house since it was our first time dining with Rumi’s Kitchen!

    Our server Dani was great. Was super attentive and knowledgeable. Will go back just for her along with the fantastic food.

    Rumi's was great as usual. The food is spectacular, the service outstanding. We highly recommend it.

    Great dinner again. Dani provided great service. Highly recommend drink Dough a yogurt drink. Simply fantastic. The only thing to complain about are the wine prices. Way out of range for the wines served. Otherwise we will be back

    A very busy place so a booking is definitely required. We have eaten here many times and we love the food and drinks. They never disappoint. The Lamb kabobs are our favourites, tender and juicy and flavourful. The raisin rice is a must. Humus and Pita bread are excellent too. Will definitely be back again soon.

    Another wonderful meal at Rumi's. Dani was our server and did a wonderful job answering all of our questions. Wish we lived closer so we could visit more often.

    First the service was fabulous! Dani could not have been more warm, informative and attentive. The food was excellent- I got the Beef Bargh with Shirin rice and my friend the Lamb kabob. We were lucky enough to be in the back little anteroom so we didn’t have to shout at each other. The main seating area was really loud. For dessert they comped us a Baklava as we were celebrating a birthday. I am typically not real fond of it but this was FABULOUS.
