Went on a mother daughter date, it was our first time there and it was a very nice experience. We usually try new places and this was one of our favorites. Everything from the food to the service was great. It’s expensive but worth it. Very Demure!

The food was mediocre at best. My steak was coated with so much black pepper you could’ve used the extra I scraped off to season 5 other steaks. My wife’s steak was over cooked but seasoned not as heavy. That’s my only complaint. The managers did take care of us. They took off my wife’s steak and I was able to get another dish. We are very grateful for the managers stepping in and making things right.

Ruffinos is become a new favorite of ours and the service is unmatched and specifically Jake our waiter is driven and truly shows concern for your experience exceptional place to dine

Waiters were excellent. Steak was not the best but ok. Pasta really good. Dessert awesome

-Synchronized serving was not correct the 1st or second time. -I made a reservation and it was given away to another party, but it was immediately rectified and everyone was politely accommodating. With those being the only cons, I LOVE this place. No place is perfect, but their food and drinks are! The staff are attentive, patient, and knowledgeable.

The standout for me was the "drum" dish, which was cooked to perfection—succulent and flavorful. Another highlight was the duck fingers, a unique and tasty treat that I absolutely loved.
