   Our family loves going to Ruffino's! It is like they know you when you go! Very accomodating and always on point. I don't know the gentleman's name that has been there for years - but he sees to EVERYTHING! Always recognizes you and makes darn sure you enjoy your evening. You can pick ANYTHING on the menu and know it will be great!! The cedar planked fish is my favorite along with all of the salads. Want a great pizza? They have it! Burger - perfect. Prices still reasonable for the quality and service.

   My steak and BBQ shrimp was delicious. The seafood wontons were ‘too smoky’ for my dinner companion. Her BBQ Shrimp Pasta was bland compared to other visits. The servers were attentive.

   My wife and I were there to celebrate our Anniversary of 48 years of marriage. We were placed in the bar area which had several people at the bar making a lot of noise. An anniversary celebration should not be seated next to a bar!

   I was a little disappointed with our visit last night. When we arrived the hostess just pointed to our table instead of walking us over. It was relatively close, but it is not the service that we've come to expect. We weren't asked if we were celebrating anything like normal either. A couple of our meals were sub-par as well, one of my son's ribeye had a lot more fat than my other son's ribeye, and my wife's veal parmesan was a smaller portion than normal with very little pasta under the veal. Due to a "delay" our food took a while to come out. Overall, the experience was underwhelming from what we've come to expect.

We take your feedback seriously and will review staff training to ensure our hospitality standards are maintained, including greeting guests and addressing special occasions.     Had a wonderful Sunday brunch with my family. Peter & company took great care of us. Appetizers crabmeat cheesecake, arancini, bread service were amazing. My filet was cooked to perfection, delicious side of sautéed spinach. Hubby had cedar plank drum fish to die for! Can’t wait to return-so delicious!
