Ruex Cafe and Bar is an all-day dining destination welcoming guests from morning through to late night and offers a unique and refined blend of a café and restaurant. Start the day with our fiery Pork Belly Eggs Benedict or Halloumi Avocado Toast, an elevated rendition of the classic avocado toast. At 4pm, come try our unique Chicken Supreme or Miso Maple Salmon and end your meal on a sweet note with the signature London Fog Creme Brûlée — light, flavourful and adored for a reason.

This is an AMAZING restaurant! Outside of their awesome brunch selections, the dinner choices are so delicious and unique! This is NO chain restaurant with the same menus with minor tweaks, the owner really thought about how she wanted to please your palette! I will be back over and over when I'm in town and spread the word to my friends and family as well. The cocktail and wine/beer menu is excellent and they even have lovely non-alcoholic choices, including a delicious Athletic Pale ale. Kudos to the female owner, she's incredibly smart and dynamic.

Ruex Cafe and Bar is our favourite place to go me and my partner will pick Ruex Cafe and Bar anytime the food the ambiance the service is incredible!! Thank you for always going above and beyond.

We ordered four dishes and noticed that they don’t taste as good as before. For instance, we used to love the Ferrero Rocher French Toasts and ordered the Ferrero Rocher Waffle this time. The waffle is not as good as the French Toasts because they were so dry. Also, the Shakshouka did not taste as good as before as well. Overall, food were still okay.

Absolutely amazing. Can’t believe this hidden gem is in Surrey! Hands down the best restaurant in Surrey. From service to food and drinks, everything is amazing.

Great brunch options with large portions for the price. Restaurant was very clean and staff checked on us multiple times throughout the visit.

Delicious food. Just be careful with add-ons. The fries have options for adding different oils and flavors, but when the server mentions them it sounds included. Then was charged 3-4 dollars for each oil etc. ended up being $15 extra dollars because my girls thought it was included.

Brunch: Was super excited to try this place after so much hype (still). The menu was varied with options for anyone. I appreciated the gluten free options and the option to have oat milk with my coffee. Service was good, server was kind and informative - would have received 5* if she’d not gotten my order so completely wrong. Having said that, due to time contraints for my companion, it made no sense to have my meal redone….. and it was excellent, even if not what I ordered. I would definitely return to try more options. The flavours were on point. Recommended

This is really a charming spot with a cozy atmosphere and delightful food. From the Elote Sweet Corn Fritters to the perfectly cooked Chicken Supreme, every dish is a treat. The friendly, attentive staff make the experience even better. It’s a great place for a special meal or just a cozy night out!

The food was delicious and the menu offered so many unique choices. I had peaches and cream pancakes. It was delicious. Every bite was amazing. It was very loud inside so it was difficult to converse with my friend. That made us hurry to get out of there. Had the noise been better we could have stayed for another drink, maybe dessert

One of my friends is allergic to mayo, so the server left one plate of corn fritters for the non-allergic folks and an extra plate just for my friend. That was extremely kind and polite of both of the staff who served us. We work near by and would certainly visit with more of our office folks.
