The hosts and our waiter were awesome!!! They were professional and seated us immediately, hence, we had reservations. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and checked on us frequently. However, the food was subpar. We ordered the Honey-Sea salt chicken. The chicken was overcooked. Also, the drinks were inconsistent and had way too much ice. So, was it worth it? Hummm…I would give it at least another try. Hopefully, your try will be better.

Good food, Good Drinks, Good Service, Nice place to relax and have a good meal. Limited menu but everything we ordered was Very good.

Menu did not include a vegetarian dish shown in the on-line menu, a disappointment since we had a vegetarian guest. The food (chicken, salmon, short rib ragu) was OK but undistinguished. Two exceptions were the cornbread starter and garlic cracked potatoes, which showed promise. Banana pudding dessert was bland and small. On the positive side, the prices were reasonable.

The pimento cheese flat bread was a great lighter option for lunch. The flounder sandwich was delicious too!

Great food and great service! My favorite was the honey sea salt chicken and the watermelon! The restaurant is very beautiful as well. We also added people to our reservation last minute and they were very accommodating.

Felt rushed. Entrees came out as we were still eating our salads and soups. Table was small so they handed us everything and it was very crowded. Drink refills were promptly brought out but empties were not cleared away. Best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had though!

The service was fabulous and even honored me as the bride to be on my bachelorette trip. Food was amazing and not overwhelmed by a million choices! Highly recommend for any occasion. It is also maybe 3/4 of a mile from rainbow row, across the way from the cruise ship terminal, and a block from the famous Charleston market.

The staff here were so nice and we so wanted to enjoy the place, but we had two big problems. First, the restaurant was so incredibly cold with AC that all three of us were freezing. We really had to eat fast and get outside to get out of the Frigidaire. Second, all our main courses were super salty - like the chef spilled an entire salt shaker on each dish. We had a rib starter, a chicken sandwich, and “General Rudy’s Chicken.” The last two were so salty we left most of the food on the plate. A good chef should know how to bring out flavors with something other than salt! Sadly, we wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, even though the staff were great.
