    We’ve always been a huge fan of Ruby’s as the food, service and atmosphere has always been great. The food stays great however the service has gone down hill. My Dad found some wire thread in his meal and although the waiter took the dish off the bill and was apologetic, it didn’t seem to be taken seriously. The atmosphere wasn’t as vibrant as it has been previously and the overall attention to customers wasn’t there. We will still use as a takeaway but not use the restaurant for a little while.

    Food quality was excellent. Service was very slow and we were given a round of drinks for the wait. A member of staff was argumentative with the bill.

    Understaffed. Over an 1 hour wait after ordering food. Restaurant fully booked. Long wait detracted from the overall experience. Avoid during busy periods.

    Food always good here. It’s always busy so be patient. This is our fave curry house for both eat in and take away.
