Welcome to Ruby Chow’s! We invite you to come in to experience Chef Guy Wong’s newest Asian restaurant, bar, and lounge.

As the well-being of our team and guests will always remain our top priority, we have carefully planned our re-opening to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests alike. Please be respectful to others and follow our simple guidelines in order to allow us to serve you better and keep everyone safe.

Reservations are limited to maintain the safety of our dining spaces, staff and guests. All reservations are limited to 90 minutes.

Reservations for patio tables are limited to 2-4 guests and the area is covered. Thank you.

I went to celebrate a birthday and we really enjoyed it! I will be back. My fav was the kimchi pork fried rice, katsu buns, and Brussels sprouts! ♥️

Got a text 10 mins before reservation that the table was ready and we had to confirm we were en route. Get to the restaurant 5 mins before reservation time and they tell us the table isn’t ready. We waited 10-15 mins, then a host comes to take us to a table asking if we were just 2. Our reservation states 4, so I’m not sure how the mix up happened. She says oh never mind and we go back to waiting. About 10 mins after, they take us to our outside table. Our service was nice but pretty slow. At one point, one of our plates never came so I had to ask for it again after 20-30 minutes at which point, it had to be rung up again. My friend had to ask a couple of times for her water and soda to be refilled. At the end of our meal, our server asked us to write down what we each had and then she would separate the tickets. Usually a pretty good experience but this time was not.

Amazing as always it’s one of our favorite places to dine in the city. The food is always amazing and the service is always wonderful.

I’ve gone a few times before and loved it! Not sure if it’s new management or the fact that I’ve never gone on a weekend, but the service was extremely slow and the food was just okay.

Food was tasty but nothing spectacular for the prices. Service was friendly but slow. It had the vibe of trying to be a Michelin-star rated place but didn’t deliver.
