Welcome to Ruby Chow’s! We invite you to come in to experience Chef Guy Wong’s newest Asian restaurant, bar, and lounge.

As the well-being of our team and guests will always remain our top priority, we have carefully planned our re-opening to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests alike. Please be respectful to others and follow our simple guidelines in order to allow us to serve you better and keep everyone safe.

Reservations are limited to maintain the safety of our dining spaces, staff and guests. All reservations are limited to 90 minutes.

Reservations for patio tables are limited to 2-4 guests and the area is covered. Thank you.

I’ve gone a few times before and loved it! Not sure if it’s new management or the fact that I’ve never gone on a weekend, but the service was extremely slow and the food was just okay.

Food was tasty but nothing spectacular for the prices. Service was friendly but slow. It had the vibe of trying to be a Michelin-star rated place but didn’t deliver.

beautiful restaurant, cocktails & mocktails very tasty, the food was delicious. our server madison was so sweet. the manager checked in on us a few times. definitely will be returning. how could you not, the place is literally stunning

First time at Ruby Chow and the food was wonderful, the service left a lot to be expected given the cost. I think a big problem was we were upstairs and staff could not help us until they came up. We ordered some buns and cocktails to start, and the drinks came out after our food was almost finished which was very odd. The bar was either backed up or the server did not wait until drinks were ready to put in our food order. It was difficult to order drinks after placing our order for remaining food. We had thought about ordering wine but the server never came back until well after our main sharables were presented. We asked a food runner if we could order a drink with her and she said no. I'm unsure if they let the server know of the drink request. We finally ordered beer but it came well after the rest of our meal was delivered. The beer took an extremely long time to come up given it was in a can (no cold glasses were available). After asking for the check, we were told that a celebratory dessert was on its way out but no clue as to what it might be (it was ice cream and my husband is lactose intolerant). By that point we were ready for the check but our server was busy with other tables. It took almost as long to get the check as to get a beer. I think the server upstairs might have had too many tables and another employee should have came by to check on tables.
