Rubio is the brainchild of Max Reich a self-confessed foodie and music lover.
Spending over 20 years in the music business, Max had always dreamed of a place he could create that catered for his love of great food and also be a relaxed and enjoyable space with a great soundtrack.
He’s enlisted the help of long-term musical partner Simon Marlin who he enjoyed many years of success with under The Shapeshifters guise and launched in September 2016. With the boys long-term roots in West London it was always going to see Rubio begin its adventure close to home.

                                                                                                    As usual, my partner and I enjoyed our pizza and soul music at Rubio, the best cafe/restaurant/bar for miles. Compact and warm, friendly and energising - one of our favourite local dining experiences. Happy New Year, Rubio!

                                                                                                    A very relaxed cafe/restaurant where the staff are super friendly without being overbearing. The pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious. Value was second to none and the drinks were no more expensive than a pub. If we hadn’t had to leave to head to the Lexi cinema we’d have happily stayed there for a few more drinks after our meal.
