This exclusive dinner, limited to a smaller number of guests, will feature rare, library vintages from Italy’s most iconic producers, including GAJA, Masseto, Quintarelli, Roagna, Roberto Voerzio, along with others. Spanning into the 1970s, these Barolos, Barbarescos, and “Super Tuscans” embody the depth and elegance of Italy’s most iconic wines showing at their best potential. Our carefully curated menu will pair these exceptional wines with the finest ingredients including but not limited to: Alba white truffles, Japanese Wagyu, and artisanal pasta!
