Our steak was ordered medium rare but came back medium well, hard and not very testy. Server was excellent 👌. The sides were very good.

No supervision in sight. Only a nice young lady who was hostess. Fairly empty. They brought out two courses at once. Waiter arbitrarily added a 20% gratuity. No where did it say that this would be done, in fact on the credit card slip it listed suggested gratuities. Food was good, but over all a disappointment.

Great food. A bit pricey but worth it. Service was good. Overall an excellent experience I would highly recommend if you are staying at Bally’s!

The time at the Royal Prime was okay. Our mac & cheese and the creamy spinach were really amazing; we truly enjoyed them. However, my husband’s salmon wasn’t properly cooked, and while the waitresses were nice, they were also slow. Overall, the experience was okay.

Were seated right away, sat and had many servers working around but not one gave us any water or, asked if we wanted anything to drink. Waited 15 minutes. Asked to speak to the manager prior to walking out. Explained we had not had a server or any attempt at contact for over 15 minutes. She said” thank you for bringing it to my attention”. That’s it, no I’m sorry, no please give us a second chance or how can we make it up to you? No wonder the place was empty and had no service. Please re-think any idea about eating dinner here. What a waste of time.
