Great food. A bit pricey but worth it. Service was good. Overall an excellent experience I would highly recommend if you are staying at Bally’s!

The time at the Royal Prime was okay. Our mac & cheese and the creamy spinach were really amazing; we truly enjoyed them. However, my husband’s salmon wasn’t properly cooked, and while the waitresses were nice, they were also slow. Overall, the experience was okay.

Were seated right away, sat and had many servers working around but not one gave us any water or, asked if we wanted anything to drink. Waited 15 minutes. Asked to speak to the manager prior to walking out. Explained we had not had a server or any attempt at contact for over 15 minutes. She said” thank you for bringing it to my attention”. That’s it, no I’m sorry, no please give us a second chance or how can we make it up to you? No wonder the place was empty and had no service. Please re-think any idea about eating dinner here. What a waste of time.

Went for an early dinner at 4:15. We had an exceptional waitress (sandy). She told us about the wine specials- great selections. We got a bottle of Malbec that was delicious along with the porterhouse for 2 and 2 lobster tails. Excellent. My only complaint was the flies but my waitress recognized the problem and moved us. She was super attentive and deserves 5 stars!

We had the prime rib it was very flavorful but a some what chewy . The two sides were excellent mashed potato and green beans. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We will try again with a different cut of beef.

The steak was perfectly cooked and the seafood sampler appetizer was great. Highly recommend the creamed spinach too.
