Join us at Row 34 Cambridge on Sunday, September 15th from 4:00 to 6:00 for an unofficial kick-off to Boston Rum Week! Special guest bartenders include Bob McCoy from Privateer, Jared Sadoian from Cambridge Street Hospitality and Vannaluck Hongthong, from Row 34. Bartenders will be in house blending up Privateer rum cocktails, and offering tastings of select Privateer rums. Snacks and light bites will be provided throughout the event as well. Ticket price is inclusive of drinks, snacks, taxes and gratuity.

Renee Erickson is a James Beard awarding-winning chef, author & co-owner of multiple properties in Seattle, Washington: The Walrus and the Carpenter, The Whale Wins, Barnacle Bar, Lioness, Willmott’s Ghost & many more. Join Chefs Jeremy & Renee on September 28th at Row 34 Cambridge for a collaborative four-course dinner, starting with a Row 34 raw bar and passed hors d'oeuvres. Highlights from Renee’s new book will be featured, and she will be on hand to personally sign books as well. Tickets are $165 per person, inclusive of cookbook, beer & wine, taxes and gratuity.

The two of us sat at the bar and our bartender gave us some recommendations about the daily oyster menu. They were excellent. The clam chowder is not thick like usual New England chowders and has big chunks of bacon which becomes the most dominant flavor- but it’s very tasty. We also enjoyed the crabcake very much with a lime and corn sauce -very refreshing and crispy; delicious! We also had the lobster roll- the best we’ve had in Boston yet. The meat was simply dressed in butter, and the bun wasn’t overly rich. I used the homemade potato chips to scoop up the last of the crabcake sauce, too. The entire meal was a delicious and sophisticated. Would definitely recommend and return again.

Smoked and cured plate and lobster rolls were exceptional. Perfect ambiance for a business dinner. My colleagues were thoroughly impressed with the experience overall.

Food was very good, but none of us felt the ambiance + food were worth the bill. Dinner for three including was an about $260 - we had starters and entrees, no dessert and only one person had 1 glass of wine. Ambiance is kind of cold and dark, and slightly over air conditioned. Service was very attentive.

Bacon cheddar burger was fair for its price and it was pretty good. Salmon burger however I did not enjoy. Way too much going on in that burger. We also asked for aiolie on the side for the fries and I expect aiolis to be creamy and flavorful and I did not taste either of those things. It tasted like straight up lime and the other tasted like lime and hot sauce. Server was awesome tho!

We had an amazing dining experience. Food was outstanding. Cocktails delish! Entertaining our adult son and a friend who were visiting and they loved it too. Service EXCELLENT!

In my opinion the best Lobster Roll in Boston , and I say this after trying about 5 different places in a weeks time . The ambience is outstanding and our server Martin made us feel at home , if I return to Boston certainly will visit again

Made a reservation for 8pm and the place was full. We ordered a variety of oysters to sample, then a second round with our favorites. The selection and variety was very good; different locations, different sizes, different tastes. Well presented with good brine, and Oyster pre-detached for ease of eating. Price felt reasonable for the quality. Additional appetizers included the Hiramasa and tuna crudos. We shared between 4 people. Tuna was the favourite- 4 pieces. Well balanced of flavour, good piece of tuna, even sizing. The Hiramasa was very delicate and light, not as big of a piece, with 5 portions (maybe because the fish was thinner). Very good, just a little simpler in flavor profile. Dinner around our table included the lobster pasta, bluefin tuna with succatash, BBQ swordfish, and bluefish paté board and mussels with GF bread. All were very delicious. The swordfish was not as expected, not a traditional BBQ, but more of a coated. The paté was a better part of the board. Mussels were very good and were amended to accommodate a person with celiac. Lobster pasta- not a bad thing to say about it. It is tasty, and could be heavy if not for the fresh tomatoes included to add the acidity required to cut the butter. The bluefih dish was probably the favourite. Succatash was beyond tasty, the tuna was perfectly cooked. Great portion size. Although the food is pricey, this is the second time we have visited Boston and the second time we have come here for dinner. You pay for quality ingredients, flavours and tastes and it delivered again. Only downside was that it was very noisy. The high ceilings don't help, but something to be mindful of when trying to have a conversation, it's hard to hear others, especially for older people. Service was friendly. We asked about the descriptions for the oysters and the waitress seemed knowledgeable in sharing them. Waitress came over to fill our waters, checked in with us reasonab Highly recommend and will be back. Thank you.
