Twin sisters, Elena & Emily grew up in a traditional Italian family, surrounded by food, so naturally always wanted to be in the hospitality industry. Over the years, they have immersed themselves in different culinary experiences by going to some of the world’s best restaurants, these have included El Cellar de can Roca and Osteria Francescana.

Second visit to Rottura, first was for lunch second was dinner. Food was delicious both times, fresh, tasty and light. Prices reasonable. Service was courteous and friendly.

What a wonderful addition to Brentford this new restaurant is. Owned by Local Chef Twins Emily & Elena Frattura. They have managed to make their venue warm & inviting whilst still being modern. We loved the photos of the Chefs Italian Family, Mama & Nona have obviously given these two a love of cooking, passed down thru the generations. The open kitchen plan is great as you can see them cooking & preparing the menu. We had the broccoli tempura & garlic aioli (the batter was light & the broccoli cooked perfectly) The Burrata was absolutely delicious with purple, orange & yellow beetroot. I went for the king prawn risotto, creamy & delicious on a cold night. My sister chose the chicken in creamy cabbage sauce with lardons (I don't usually like cabbage but had a try & it was really good. Freshly baked focaccia bread was soft & fluffy. The Limocello Spritz Cocktails went down a treat & I had a glass of the Malbec which was delicious. Prices are affordable & service was excellent. A great local restaurant that we will be visiting again soon. We will be looking forward to the new Autumn Menu.

I was genuinely surprised and impressed by the quality of the food at Rottura. The flavours in my mushroom lasagne were awesome. These sisters are clearly passionate about the food they are serving. On a Thursday evening we were initially the only diners, though another couple arrived later. This sadly meant the ambience was a bit lacking but I am certain this will change as more people realise what a wonderful new asset Rottura is to Brentford. I really urge you to try it!

The only reason I scored lower than a 5 on atmosphere and noise was because we were the first table of the day at 12:00. The food is excellent. Good choice & good value. Given that we were only it 1 of 3 tables it might have been a nice touch for the proprietors to engage a little. Not a criticism- just a suggestion to think about.

Absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk in you realise the quality of this restaurant. Emily and Jack were fabulous explaining the menu, wine choice and serving with friendliness and Elena’s food is always to die for. Would 100% recommend.

Rottura is a class act: fresh, high quality, contemporary Italian food cooked really well. It's a bit different from the usual Italian fare. Not different for the sake of being different. Different because it's authentic. Everything, from the delicately crispy battered broccoli with aioli and the creamy cold Burrata with earthy and slightly acidic roasted beetroot, through the orecchiette with sausage and cime di rapa, to the plum and pistachio tart was just delicious. It's all home made down to the cloud - like focaccia (maybe the best I've ever had, and I lived in Italy). I want to eat it all again right now! The atmosphere's great - modern, minimalist but somehow warm and neighbourhoody. The young team are all absolutely charming. And it's really well priced. What's not to like? Loved it and can't wait to go back.

The food at Rora is always amazing, but the supper club was exceptional. Five Courses which were very well thought out and put together and paired with amazing wine for each course. It was a lovely meeting new people that came from different areas and I really hope that people, attend the evenings because they are so amazing and the food as I say is exceptional ladies do such a wonderful job there
