Disappointed with this visit to Rossopomodoro. Firstly, the waiter needs to be trained better in customer service, as his attitude seemed brash and unfriendly. He forgot to bring my drink and had to be reminded twice about providing the WiFi password. Secondly, we waited about half an hour for our main, despite the place being fairly empty with just 3-4 tables occupied. Thirdly, we paid some £8 for bruschetta which was actually 1 slice of bread. Just one… And lastly, the food was not tasty. We had the tartufotto pizza and the deep-fried ricotta & mortadella. Both of them were underwhelming, to say the least.

I think this place may have lost its way a bit. The menu is excessively busy and hard to navigate. The dessert menu reminds me of those menu turistico point and order picture menus. The starters were poor. However the pizza was genuinely good, fresh and tasty. Service was good. Why don’t they just return to a simpler offering and do less really well?

Pizza is very good here, fresh and authentic. The service is also excellent; very attentive without being intrusive. I'll definitely be coming back!
