Poor service, slow and inaccurate, our food was delivered to another table, a child touch it and then they brought it to ours

Whist the restaurant was practically empty, the food order took an incredibly long time given the restaurant prioritised delivery orders. We waited for 1.5 hours before food arrived. Pizzas were great. But I would not go back to eat there.

Really friendly and helpful service and delicious food. My pizza was excellent. We ate with them before a show at the Roundhouse and then returned for desserts afterwards. They couldn’t have been more welcoming!

Gluten free pizzas were good but service wasn't great. Not particularly friendly. Pizzas and salad almost thrown on the table and felt like we shouldnt really have been there. Wine at £10 for a small glass of pinot was expensive. Won't be back. Covent garden branch is so much nicer.

Decent pizza and pasta dishes, but the appetisers were poor - a bread basket which comprised a ramekin of oversized cheerios, a mixed starter which was just a bowl of homogenous looking being fried balls, and limp calamari. Inconsistent service - absent for ages and then clearing glasses and plates before we'd finished. And poor value for money - £16 for a glass of wine and £6 for a fanta is too much for a casual neighbourhood place like this.

We went because an offer we ended to spend more than usual without offer. Pizza are nice but prices are to high

I appreciated the location as Camden is the best place for me in London. The service was not that good in my opinion as there was a lady who didn't even say hi, goodbye and thanks to us, always serious and she didn't know how to make a receipt. Not a nice impression at all for the consumers, mainly in terms of customer satisfaction. However, they were fast, the quantity wasn't bad and the quality was high, with acceptable prices. The place is colourful and that's very important for a client. I will come back here, but hoping that there won't be unhappy waitresses, as happiness is the key, especially in this sector.

Waitress bought out orders in a weird order and we didn't get our dinners at the same time, additionally her behaviour was erratic and came back from a break stinking of cigarettes
