If you are a beginner and are keen to learn the basics, or if you are a passionate coffee nerd and want to fine tune your coffee skills for your fancy home kit, our baristas will give you one-on-one instruction, during this 15minute session. Under the guidance of our skilled Rosso Coffee Specialists, you'll explore various brewing techniques and flavours, personalising each step of the process. This hands-on station is more than just a coffee bar; it's a playground for the senses, where you can unleash your inner barista and savour the satisfaction of a self-crafted, exquisite coffee creation. Join our Head Roaster, Jutt, for a 45-minute hands-on roasting session. You’ll receive a walkthrough of our roastery, learn about the roasting process, and get involved in assessing, selecting and roasting your Single Origin coffee. After roasting, participate in a cupping session to taste and evaluate your coffee. Take home a bag of your custom single-origin coffee.

Dive into the world of specialty coffee with our interactive cupping sessions. Open to the public and free Saturday once a month, they’re Perfect for coffee enthusiasts eager to refine their palate and learn about our sourcing and roasting process. You’ll sample a rotating menu of our current coffees and new samples, learning about cupping techniques and how we assess single-origin and specialty coffee.
