Our journey began in 2024, when Chef Rocco's dream took shape in a cozy spot conveniently located in the rear of Port Charlotte Mall. It all starts with how you’re greeted and woman at front seemed annoyed we were here while she shuffled the menus. Small Room has no ambience and no sound proofing, (It used to be an ice cream parlor). Almost impossible to have a conversation since everyone is seated close together and talking over each other. If you want standard Italian fare (think lasagna), under $20 entrees with huge portions is a value although you would hope for a small salad. However house specialties will set you back $30-$40. The standout of the dinner was our waiter David who made the best of the situation.

We had a wonderful dinner. Our fish was delicious. Our server, Jenna, was fantastic. She was very skilled and fun to be with. I wish we lived closer! We would go back again and again.

Great food, great service, needs a little work on sound dampening due to volume of people in small space. We will definitely be back!

Just a great experience. Homemade dressing was amazing. The Lasagna had great flavor and good size portions. Definitely will go back

Served cold, could have been warmer. Requested a sharper steak knife to cut chicken breast filets, and was told a I had a knife already ( butter knife). Did bring the sharper pointed knife when I repeated myself. Chicken francese very good taste, but again kind of cold. No offer to refill soda. Ambiance cluttered and old feeling towards back of restaurant near the wine rack.

Great, fresh food. We were very warmly greeted and seated immediately. The food was greet, the servers engaging and attentive. We enjoyed our meals, conversation with the owners and servers. It was a refreshingly great experience overall.
