DINNER A LA CARTE :
Thursday 4 PM first seating to 7:30 PM last seating.

FRIDAY and SATURDAY LUNCH:
Friday and Saturday 11:30 AM first seating - 2:00 PM last seating.

FRIDAY and SATURDAY 5 COURSE DINNERS - $150/Pers -21 & Over:
4:30pm to 7pm (PATIO DINNER) & 7:00PM to 9:30PM (MAIN ROOM DINNER)

SUNDAY:
PIZZA and GNOCCHI ALL DAY from 11:30 to 2.:30 PM and 4 PM to 7:30 PM.

Join us for an ITALIAN CULINARY NIGHT in Newberg, OR! The Purest Italian cuisine & wine pairing masterfully created by chef Dario. The event is a 21 & over (ID REQUIRED) with 2 seating at 5 PM & 7:30 PM. Doors open 30 minutes prior for cocktails. Friday is Oregon Wines & Saturday is Italian Wine Pairing! Chef Dario will guide you through a 5 Courses dinner, with his authentic Italian accent, fun storytelling & wine knowledge. The ticket price ($150) includes 5 courses meal paired with 5 different wines. A cancellation fee of $75/Person apply for 72HRS cancellation & $150/Person (FULL DINNER PRICE) for 48HRS or LAST MINUTE/NO SHOW. Rosmarino is by far the best Italian restaurant in the valley. Food is ALWAYS excellent, staff is friendly and attentive and Dario is very welcoming and personable, always checking in to see if you are satisfied. If you haven’t tried Rosmarino, run, don’t walk.

Taking away the noice level in the covered patio area, it was a great Sunday lunch experience. The gnoquis were amazing as was the tiramisu. Outstanding service contributed to a great experience. Thanks to everyone.

Our favorite is always the gnocchi, so many flavor options. But everything is consistently good thanks in large part to the chef/owner who is always there.

Without hesitation I can say this was the best meal and experience I’ve had in Oregon and maybe anywhere for the past 5 years. From the literal second we walked in we were greeted by Dario the owner as if he’d known us for years. Every staff member was the literal best at their position in any restaurant I’ve ever been to and that is not hyperbole. In fact, Dario even makes it a point to introduce everyone on staff to the entire restaurant which was just super cool. We had the prix fixe menu and it was a proper tour of Italy with wine pairings. Each and every dish was perfection. They made creative accommodations for my wife who didn’t eat meat (not just same dish no meat) and it was spectacular. The pacing, quality, and quantity were spot on. And we were literally hugged on our way out. I cannot wait to come back. This will be an “Always go” spot when we’re in wine country. Yes, it’s expensive on paper but it was worth every single penny and more.

This was our second time coming to Rosmarino's for their 5 course meal. It was phenomenal. We have gone for our anniversary for the last 2 years and will be making it our yearly anniversary treat. Dario is such a wonderful Chef and host. I highly recommend anyone goes at least once in their life. You won't regret it.

Every time we dine here, we LOVE it! This time, tried the lasagne and soup of the day (leek with apple). Delicious! Yum! Our server was excellent and took care of us. He made us feel welcomed and knew the menu.
