DINNER A LA CARTE :
Thursday 4 PM first seating to 7:30 PM last seating.

FRIDAY and SATURDAY LUNCH:
Friday and Saturday 11:30 AM first seating - 2:00 PM last seating.

FRIDAY and SATURDAY 5 COURSE DINNERS - $150/Pers -21 & Over:
4:30pm to 7pm (PATIO DINNER) & 7:00PM to 9:30PM (MAIN ROOM DINNER)

SUNDAY:
PIZZA and GNOCCHI ALL DAY from 11:30 to 2.:30 PM and 4 PM to 7:30 PM.

Join us for an ITALIAN CULINARY NIGHT in Newberg, OR! The Purest Italian cuisine & wine pairing masterfully created by chef Dario. The event is a 21 & over (ID REQUIRED) with 2 seating at 5 PM & 7:30 PM. Doors open 30 minutes prior for cocktails. Friday is Oregon Wines & Saturday is Italian Wine Pairing! Chef Dario will guide you through a 5 Courses dinner, with his authentic Italian accent, fun storytelling & wine knowledge. The ticket price ($150) includes 5 courses meal paired with 5 different wines. A cancellation fee of $75/Person apply for 72HRS cancellation & $150/Person (FULL DINNER PRICE) for 48HRS or LAST MINUTE/NO SHOW. Quaint and comfortable. For the 90 minutes or so, we enjoyed low level voices in conversations near us. Not interrupting mind you just cozy big family style. The dinner was fabulous, not quickly delivered but time between courses to enjoy every bite. Enjoyed each moment and we’ll enjoy an evening again.

It was my wife's bday and this place far exceeded my expectations. The staff works well together, the professionalism is on point, and the food is insane. Maddy was our server, and we absolutly loved her. They paid attention to all my notes for the evening, and this was by far the best dinner my wife and I have ever had.

It was just as good as the very first time we ate here. The food, the atmosphere, the service are amazing. You have just got to make the time to eat here!

Not to be missed. World class Italian foods. 5 star quality ingredients. Amazing cheeses, olive oil and balsamic. House made focaccia melts in your mouth. We went on our favorite day, Pizza and Gnocchi Sunday. And if the delightful Dario stops by your table, you’ll be smiling your socks off in seconds. Molto Bene!

Everything is always delicious! All the salads super fresh and flavorful and beautifully presented. We went on gnocchi pizza day and we shared some different kinds. The pesto was perfect and we had the special short rib gnocchi and was melt Your mouth delicious.

Loosing it’s reliability? The first attempt at delivering the beets wound up on the floor; the ravioli arrived lukewarm on a cold plate. Both were fixed, but still not the expert Italian we were used to!

Hi Rupert, We are sorry you felt that way during your experience at Rosmarino. I see that you came 6 times in total at Rosmarino but never left a reviews before but left one bad for few mistakes happened the other day. We are not losing anything reliability and those were just mistakes that can happen to every restaurant. My guys fixed and not charge you for the ravioli. My guys work pretty hard to keep all our customers happy as they were me & really feel bad when those kind of review appear mostly when they correct the issue in matter of minutes. Thank you Dario

The food, wine and service is consistently amazing . We tried some new offerings in the menu that were superbly explained to us by Rachel our server. Rachel is a wealth of knowledge regarding questions about wine and specific menu ingredients .

House bread was a very poor excuse for bread in an Italian restaurant.

Hi Jean, We are sorry about this issue toward our bread. What was the Problem? I know you refused to buy the whole basket and our server Brandon brought you some without any charge so I'm just wondering what more could create an issue for you toward our bread. The bread is a family recipe coming from my Grandmother. Please let us know what was the issue like this we can possibly understand how to move forward Thank you Dario
