Join us for an ITALIAN CULINARY NIGHT in Newberg, OR! The Purest Italian cuisine & wine pairing masterfully created by chef Dario. The event is a 21 & over (ID REQUIRED) with 2 seating at 5 PM & 7:30 PM. Doors open 30 minutes prior for cocktails. Friday is Oregon Wines & Saturday is Italian Wine Pairing! Chef Dario will guide you through a 5 Courses dinner, with his authentic Italian accent, fun storytelling & wine knowledge. The ticket price ($150) includes 5 courses meal paired with 5 different wines. A cancellation fee of $75/Person apply for 72HRS cancellation & $150/Person (FULL DINNER PRICE) for 48HRS or LAST MINUTE/NO SHOW. The fresh pasta was amazing! There are several great sauces to choose. Our table of 4 each selected a different sauce, and we all agreed that each was delicious. Save room for gelato!

Our dinner at Rosmarino was great. When we arrived, we found out that the owners/chef were not there so we were interested in finding out how our meal was going to be. As it turns out, everything was perfect. The place was busy and the staff handled it very well. Our meal was excellent - even without Dario the owner/chef being there. We were there on a Monday night where the menu items were the a la carte menu, reasonable priced and a great choice. We loved it!

Our group of 5 had a wonderful Sunday meal there. The pesto gnocchi and beet appetizer were our favorites but it was all terrific!!

Upon arrival we were informed that the owner had an emergency and the restaurant would not be providing their Saturday evening 5 course meal which we understood. Unfortunately the Cinghale lacked more pasta in the dish. The meatballs were outstanding and I highly recommend them as an appetizer. My lasagna was good. Maybe it’s just me since I eat in some great Italian restaurants in the local NY/NJ area but the hype is a little overstated

Hi John, we are sorry you didn't completely enjoy your experience at Rosmarino. Sometimes people have an hard time to let go the NY/NJ style food to embrace our Pure Italian flavors & portions. Everything we serve comes directly from my NONNA AGNESE culinary teaching & that's how we really eat it the north of Italy where i was born. If you'll swing by Rosmarino again just ask to your server more pasta, we are very open & ready to accommodate (alomst) any request specially if you needed more pasta for our amazing Cinghiale. I want to plan another cross-country trip just to eat here again. I'm from a mostly Italian town and thought nothing could beat home, but I was wrong. We ordered the focaccia with oil and vinegar for dipping, and it was impossibly fluffy and delicious. The meatball appetizer was so filling, and we joked that the meatballs were so tender that maybe we got a raw batch (no, they were definitely cooked perfectly!) I got lasagne and the bolognese and became were like a match made in heaven - velvety, creamy, meaty, with the right amount of acidity and spice. I can't eat lasagne anywhere else from this point forward. My husband had the mascapone sauce with porchetta and peas and it was amazing. Like Alfredo and ricotta had a baby. So dang good. We could only finish half of our dinners, and we had been in wine country drinking all day, so I'd say portion size is great. We saw desserts walking out and should have tried them because they looked gorgeous but we were legitimately stuffed. Our waiter was so kind, patient and attentive and even helped us with some local activities in the area. Thank you for a wonderful meal, we will be back!

Fabulous fresh food. We enjoyed the arugula salad with carpaccio. And the paperdelle with wild boar.
