Fresh and exciting new bar and restaurant in Ocean Gate, NJ, right in the heart of Ocean County with water views of the beach, boardwalk and Toms River. We are bringing an elevated dining experience with a beautifully decorated coastal themed space, a great menu composed of the finest ingredients and hand crafted cocktails, a great wine list and expansive beer selection. Ask about the selection of dining areas including main dining room, private party room, semi private second floor dining room, outdoor second floor deck seating and the fun and hip bar/lounge area. What a great meal we had. I was looking for someplace new for our anniversary and chose Rosie’s based on other reviews. Everything about the evening was excellent. From the friendly greeting and accommodation of our table request to the attentive and knowledgeable waitress the team did everything to make the evening memorable. The food was outstanding. I had swordfish and it honestly was the best I’ve had in a long time. Appetizers were great and they even brought an anniversary candle with dessert.

Second time at Rosie’s and certainly not the last! The lobster bisque is one of the best I’ve had, with just the right amount of sherry. The bang bang shrimp and burrata were delicious. The tuna and wasabi encrusted chilean sea bass were outstanding! Lots of rights and lefts to get to/from the location but well worth the tour through Ocean Gate. Interesting art work on the walls too.

This was our second time dining here and on a Monday night it was a lighter crowd but the same great food. We tried some new dishes and a few we had last time. All I can say is we will be back over and over again. It's that good. Don't tell anybody about it so I can always get a seat.

The food is always good. The fish is fresh. And the wait staff very attentive and pleasant.

Great ambiance, service, and food. I had the filet and my husband had the gnocchi. Both were delicious!

Really had a very nice time and dinner out with family. Food was excellent and the service was very good. No complaints at all.

I took my husband for his birthday and the food was delicious. The waitress, Sam, was excellent and very accommodating.

Rosie’s never disappoints with a good selection of specials. On the special menu we had the Corn chowder soup; Salad with arugula, grilled peaches, feta; Pork Belly w/ onions; and Shrimp & Pasta. On regular menu I had the pan-seared halibut and they gladly substituted asparagus for the broccolini. For dessert we had the crème brûlée and the key lime pie (which was outstanding). The BlackBerry Margaritas and Sauvignon Blanc also great!
