Rosevale Kitchen + Cocktail Room is a two-story restaurant and cocktail bar located in Civilian Hotel.

On the first floor, Rosevale Kitchen serves elevated American fare alongside a curated wine list. It is open for dinner daily at 5 PM and for Weekend Brunch from 11 AM - 4 PM. Guests of all ages are welcome.

On the second floor, Rosevale Cocktail Room offers a world-class beverage experience and delectable small bites. From table-side mixology to reimagined classics, the Cocktail Room has something for everyone. It is open Tuesday-Saturday at 5 PM and features live jazz Thursday-Saturday at 9 PM. Rosevale Cocktail Room is 21+.

Both venues have Happy Hour from 7 - 9 PM.

Walk-ins are welcome.

The Rockwell-designed restaurant pays homage to the rich history of its neighborhood and offers an upscale yet playful dining experience. Happy Hour runs Tuesday-Friday from 7-9, featuring half-priced appetizers and $7-$12 drinks.

Offered all evening at Rosevale Kitchen, the Prix-Fixe dining experience includes a $60 dinner menu. If dinner is the main act of the evening, we welcome you to dine at your leisure. If you have a show to catch, let us know and your server will keep the time so you’re on time!
Rosevale Cocktail Room

On the second floor, Rosevale Cocktail Room offers a world-class beverage experience and delectable small bites. From table-side mixology to reimagined classics, the Cocktail Room has something for everyone. The sprawling venue offers a Negroni Happy Hour Sunday-Friday from 7-9 PM and features Live Jazz Thursday-Saturday from 9-11 PM. Outdoor terrace availability is dependent on weather.

Not bad. We had a pre show meal. None of the mains come with sides and service wasn’t great that day. Too long wait times to order drinks, foods and reorder drinks etc

Great pre theater option! Service was wonderful and got us out well in time for our show. Food was delicious. We did the price fixe but it may have been better to opt for a la carte. That would have given us a bit more choice. I’d come back here!

We had an excellent meal at Rosevale before attending a show. The service was attentive and excellent, and the food was quite good. Very glad we chose this spot for a special evening. Thank you, and we hope to return!

I normally don’t write reviews specially negative ones…but for this place I couldn’t stop my self writing one..Ambiance was great but the food and service horrible…one of the worst margaritas I ever had and when I asked they made me new one but still not good…also guacamole dip raw avocado pieces and after complaining our server didn’t come to take our main course order …someone else showed up who was very rude ….even the main course was not that good…I don’t think I ever go again

This is one of my favorite spots for a first date. Rosevale’s cocktail room never disappoints. The ambiance, atmosphere, and music are all top perfect for a first date and the cocktail menu is on point!

We went for a prix fixe dinner before a Broadway show and had a wonderful dinner. Greeted warmly. Attentive staff throughout. Excellent presentation of food and delicious dinners. The Fuji apple sorbet was out of this world. The restaurant is beautiful, too.
