The restaurant didn’t have any of the listed wines and had run out of certain food options on. Thursday night before a concert at Budweiser Stage. Restaurant was very busy and understaffed so wait times were long. Not only did it take forever to get service, when we did, they didn’t have multiple items we requested. Waitress was embarrassed because she had to keep telling us that they ran out of almost everything we asked for. They really should know the schedule of local events and plan accordingly.

Roses Social has incredible food. Every single bite is worth it!!! The new pasta on the menu is without a doubt the best gluten free pasta I have had in my life! Don’t worry they have regular pasta too and my friends said it was also amazing. My only suggestion is to add at least one GF offering for dessert. Most restaurants at the very least offer a scoop of ice cream.

Terrible experience. We were seated without a wine list and had to wait several minutes to get one. The place was very busy and noisy. The open kitchen had a bell for the chefs to ring for pickup so the bell was going every few min. I have a food allergy and when I booked the reservation I put it in and when I was seated I told the waitress and even asked her to check with the chef to see what I could eat from the menu. So even after all that I was brought the food item that the chef said was safe and it was full of the ingredient that I am allergic to! Luckily I noticed before eating and complained to the manager. He apologized and spoke to the chef. They made me something else but the others at my table were almost done when my food came. I was not charged for the meal but it was still a very scary experience and should not happen at a five star hotel. Very disappointing.

Our server literally did not serve us - we were left alone the whole time and never once checked on We are from the restaurant industry and were shocked at how poor this was for a hotel based environment Will never be back again and would never recommend It was comical that the server not once checked on us and had to seek out someone to get us our bill I could say more but not worth it

My husband and I were excited to dine at Roses and it didn’t disappoint! The food quality was excellent- that’s one FANTASTIC Cheeseburger! Our server was very friendly. Drawbacks were that the Rib-Wich was sold out at 5:30pm, which seemed odd on a Saturday early evening. It took about 1/2 an hour to get our drinks so perhaps it was understaffed. The table next to us was a large, very loud party which acted obnoxiously towards our server. Would come back and hope we had a different crew seated next to us. And though I’d likely reorder the Cheeseburger, my husband is very much looking forward to the Rib-wich next time. Thank you!

Food was good however expensive. We had one person who was gluten and dairy-free which I had noted when I booked the reservation however, when we asked for a substitute they just omitted.
