Quite loud for normal conversation. Dance club music required nearly talking by shouting. Server and bartender failed at providing a Vermouth free Martini. Beef dip sandwich good but server could not understand my request for a small not entree sized side salad. Guest’s shrimp topped entree salad arrived with non shelled shrimp. Too busy to shell the shrimp? Only one beer on tap. Would have expected a higher level restaurant for this hotel.

The food was better than expected based on some previous reviews I had seen. The old fashioned cocktail needs a proper ice cube rather than bar ice but overall a good experience.

If you appreciate despondent low level service, this is your restaurant. Want to wait 20 minutes at your table for water? Book here. For Sugary cocktails and over salted food - this is your place. Enjoy this little gem of mediocre food.

Lack of service and lack of experienced service. Was served Burrata salad with bread that had blue mold on it and the server tried to convince me that they use blue flour/flowers in their bread... Fish Tacos were tasty but room temp, Lobster toll was good - skip the bacon, it overpowers the sandwich. Fries were ok - fresh but very overseasoned. Surprised by Hotel X - seems like it is failing here

The server was extremely polite and lovely. There was not enough help on the floor, so he was clearly working extra hard. Timing of drinks with food delivered was off. The food was fine, but not warm. My plate was a bit cold in the center. I didn't bother to change it as it was too busy and we wanted to leave in time for a concert. The noise level was quite high.

Atmosphere and service was great! Location wasn’t the best. Food was meh. Probably best for drinks/apps before an event, which I’d probably do again.

The food was delicious! Eggplant appetizer was my favourite. And Brianna our server was WONDERFUL!!

The experience at Roses was amazing. The food, service, and atmosphere were incredible. It was a great decision to come here with my family on our last day in Toronto.
