Set in a beautiful Art Deco building in the thriving heart of Prospect, Rosemont Hall is the perfect spot for friendly lunches, fun times and casual get togethers.

Outside, come for a fresh juice and a healthy Asian salad, while the kids play in the plush laneway and garden. Then stay for dinner in our beautiful restaurant and get transported to 1920’s Hong Kong.

When it comes to food, there is plenty to choose from- whether it’s a meat platter from Mr Chan or a selection of delicious snacks with a wine in hand. We are all about keeping it casual, but also offer table service for dinner in the main “hall”. Think local seafood, roasted meats, dim sum and stir-fry’s straight from the wok.

There were 10 of us for a work dinner and selected the feed me menu at Rosemont Hall. There was plenty and variety of food while catering to dietary requirements (vegan, peanut/sesame oil etc), so much that we had leftovers that we all enjoyed the next day. Great venue and highly recommended.

Had such a lovely experience. The wait staff explained the menu and how much we should order and it was perfect. The dumplings with the red curry sauce almost had us licking the bowl. It was busy but the vibe was great. Have recommended to friends

Great food, service and ambience. And the cocktails were awesome. Highly recommend for a couple (as we were) or a larger group. Ours was a sneaky date night, leaving the kids at home and we were in and out in just over an hour that included cocktails, a starter and two mains with glasses of wine each. Friendly and quick service and did I mention the food! Hip and cool atmosphere, whilst also feeling familiar and homey. We will return!

Food was wow!!!! 5⭐️It came out quickly.5⭐️ It was outstanding. Service outstanding. 5⭐️Value outstanding. 5⭐️ just drop 1 star for the initial greeting our table but given they were busy I get it. 4⭐️ no big issue tho.

Sunny’s is fabulous. From the stunning heritage interior to the delicious plates of flavourful food, you’ll be left wanting more, and more, and maybe even more. The Thai Green Curry and Braised Beef Cheek was a huge hit with our family. Service excellent, food was promptly delivered and we were extremely satisfied with the quality. Could the portions be a little bigger, sure, and could they avoid charging a weekend surcharge, probably, it was packed for our 7pm Sunday booking, but did it put me off, no not really. Will I return, definitely, but perhaps on a weeknight! Book in advance and enjoy!

Tasty satisfying food, beautiful decor, food service quick, service systems seemed well organised but sadly service from our waitress tonight was very slow and non-attentive. Had to keep waving to get her to us to re-order all the time. Her first night ? Dont know. It was very busy but its always busy

Whilst the food was excellent the service was v/poor … we waited 45 mins to get 2drinks & asked 3 times about the delay … final response “soon - we are busy” doesn’t cut it & main courses took 50 mins … even with a booking- don’t bother to go on a Saturday nite …

Service was excellent!! Front of house male manager was super welcoming and made our anniversary feel very special. All the waiters were also very nice and made honest recommendations. We would deff return again :)

Wasn’t my favourite experience at Rosemont Hall. For a Thursday night it was super busy and we felt at times our party of 6 was forgotten about. Our server did apologise at end of service but made the experience less enjoyable. Food was not the best have had better, my favourite Thai green curry lacked flavour and had a thick layer of oil on top . We were slapped an extra $3 for fresh chilli which was needed to get through our meals. Food took about 40 minutes after ordering which seemed slow compared to usual. Probably won’t go back in a while based on this experience.
