We love Rosemary and have been coming here since we moved to Ingleside during the pandemic. The food is the most authentically French in Washington and never disappoints. And the service is always cheerful and responsive. We signed the petition twice, for both of us. Our concern is the prices, which have gone upwards continually. It is more than a neighborhood bistro -- you pay the prices of fine restaurants in DC. Also, the interior needs a serious upgrade. It is largely charmless, except for the posters. Outside is great, particularly the tables on the terrace next to the restaurants, but winter approaches so upgrading the inside would help. Again, we love Rosemary, but it is now a special treat rather than a weekly visit because of the prices.

Rosemarys is our super dependable neighborhood place. We love the food, the service, the owner. It's sweet and cozy, friendly and accommodating. We give Rosemary's a super high grade for a neighborhood place with excellent food and service!!!

I enjoyed my meal at Rosemary Bistro. Took a little bit of time to place our order, but kind of in a nice relaxed way. Food was solid, tasty but not out of this world. Value was so-so; each menu item seemed a bit expensive (for example all sandwiches were in the mid20s, and only came with a small side salad) and there's an additional 5% surcharge to help cover additional costs. Would definitely go back, but not a place I'm dying to return to.
