Our second time dining at this Rosebud. Lewis was our waiter which we requested. The staff and service was phenomenal. Ebony one of the managers came by our table and talked . All the staff is great.

I ordered a Ribeye (medium) and it was tough. The server after sometime came over to check on us and I informed her that the steak was tough. The server was accommodating as well as the manager and brought out a second steak. That steak was also prepared, medium, and it was tough. I ended up ordering a cheeseburger, which was actually pretty good. The manager offered an apology, but nothing further. My companion was finished with their meal by the time my food was finally delivered to the table. Usually at upscale restaurants if they make a mistake, they usually give you a discount on your bill or a free dessert for the inconvenience, but Rosebud offered nothing. Very poor customer service in my opinion!

Service was good. Food and drinks too expensive for what is was. DID NOT walk away saying wow $200 bill and it tasted great. We are frequent diners at find dining establishments. Sorry Rosebud, just doesn't excite me.

Took our mother for a family birthday dinner to celebrate her. Very nice white tablecloth restaurant in Munster. A Chicago dining experience without having to drive into the city with free parking! Webster was our server and he provided warm, professional service. The food was excellent! I had the trio medallions. Each medallion had a different topping served over a bed of delicious mashed potatoes. The meat is top quality and cooked to perfection. Sides of Brussels sprouts and spinach were also yummy. The restaurant provided a complimentary birthday dessert. Everyone in our party left full and happy with leftovers.

My Brussels sprouts was more char than I expected, I should have sent them back.

Rosebud maintains a high level of service and quality which is why I was surprised that our baked potato was so over done (probably sitting in the warmer too long) that I could not even saw through it with my steak knife. Everything else was great. Best carrot cake ever and our server Renee was wonderful. She was so pleasant.
