Located in the historic Fulton Market district of Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood, Rose Mary is Chef/Owner Joe Flamm’s debut restaurant inspired by his Italian heritage and the bold, bright flavors of Croatian cuisine. The boisterous space—named for Flamm’s grandmothers, Mary and Mary Rose, and the herb rosemary, which grows natively along the Italian and Croatian coastlines—offers a seasonal menu of rustic yet refined dishes that encapsulate what Flamm has coined “Adriatic drinking food”.

This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time! The food was phenomenal. Every dish had such unique flavor and was cooked perfectly. Our server, Christopher, was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the menu. We can’t wait to go back!!!

Food was very good. Would commend the Cevapi, Tortellini Gjuvec, Asparagus Risotto, Snap Peas. Pistachio Gelato & Rosemary Cocktail.

I have nothing bad to say about Rose Mary. This is me and my girlfriend’s favorite restaurant. We recently took my cousin and his gf there and they loved it. I highly recommend Rose Mary.

Food was too salty. Octopus was overcooked. Portion sizes were laughably small at times. Flavors in the ragut clashed.

Our absolute favorite place in the city. The service is always incredible, and we always feel so welcome when we come in. The tortellini cannot be missed.
