Located in the historic Fulton Market district of Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood, Rose Mary is Chef/Owner Joe Flamm’s debut restaurant inspired by his Italian heritage and the bold, bright flavors of Croatian cuisine. The boisterous space—named for Flamm’s grandmothers, Mary and Mary Rose, and the herb rosemary, which grows natively along the Italian and Croatian coastlines—offers a seasonal menu of rustic yet refined dishes that encapsulate what Flamm has coined “Adriatic drinking food”.

Really great! Can't wait to go back and try the other half of the menu we didn't order. Will be on my list of places to revisit whenever I'm in town.

Delicious food, well prepared and seasoned. The menu is exciting with two of the standouts being the tuna crudo and the saddle of lamb. Service was attentive and friendly backed by knowledge of the menu and wines. Highly recommend!

The food is no longer very good. So disappointing. Everything was under seasoned and the Burek tasted like a mouth full of greens; couldn’t taste any of the other ingredients.

The food is really good, but the service ruins the experience. I wouldn’t recommend it for a special occasion.

This is my second time going - nothing dissapointed. Both times the food has been spectacular and the menu changes frequently so you’re not having the same thing over and over again. Will continue to come back

Amazing experience! Our server Erin was extremely attentive and had a wonderful personality and made our dinner that much better. The duck was outstanding and they were able to accommodate some drinks that weren’t listed on the menu and they went above and beyond! Can’t wait to go back

Best meal yet this year!! We had stracciatella, asparago, gnocchi, and the chocolate budino for dessert. Everything was excellent!!

Food was amazing! Service outstanding. It was loud in the main dining room, but the back service area was much quieter. Every single dish was delicious and beautifully presented. Would eat here again over and over.
