Rose Gose is a cultural restaurant project originating from Europe that has moved to introduce guests to a new culture, flavors, service and attention to each guest.
Our journey will be hard, as we speak different languages and grew up on different sides of the Ocean, and we have only seen New York and Texas from movies.
But we are here, we are ambitious, we want to work honestly and give you impressions that you will share with your family, friends and colleagues.
We have created a restaurant that immerses you in European culture. We have assembled a collection of more than 250 different wines and a unique cocktail list. The menu of Rose Gose restaurant represents modern European cuisine with some Asian influences. We love pairing our incredible food with the finest wine or amazing cocktails.
Our mission is not just to create a restaurant about food, but to create a cozy atmosphere and make every guest a little happier. Just trust us and we are sure to pleasantly surprise you.

We made a reservations for Georgian cuisine dinner. By the time we arrived, they already ran out of 1 item on the menu, which was disappointing. Otherwise everything else we were served tasted amazing. They also messed up with our kids’ food. We ordered meat balls with pasta for kids and it took ages to get that delivered to our table. Some time later our waiter approached and said he apologized because unfortunately our kids’ order were delivered to another table and he had to reorder it once again. As an apology he took this item off our bill, which was a nice gesture. We really appreciated it. Things happen and it’s okay. We still like this place and will definitely come back.

From the moment you walk in, you feel like you have stepped into a eastern Europe. The service is warm and gracious yet not overly pretentious. The food was exceptional: the kimchi olives, mushroom beef tartare, pumpkin squash, poke bowl, pasta carbonara, Moules Avec Frites red and white, the cauliflower and hamburger. The food felt like each dish was made with care and everything was fresh and delicately balanced. The ingredients were used to make the dishes shine instead of overthinking or overpowering things. It felt like a revelation with all of the bells and whistles we usually see around Austin. The cocktails were insanely good too. Number 6 and number 10 were favorites. The restaurant was packed and though not staffed too heavily, they handled everything with ease and grace. You will have to ask for someone’s attention to get the check, but if you visit Europe, this is the way its done there- they don’t want to rush you out. This is a gem of a restaurant, lots of options on the menu, and we can’t wait to go back! I would definitely recommend a reservation.

Another fabulous meal here, probably my last. Let me explain. Hubby has been working in Austin on a TV show since July and anytime I visited we’d find nice places to eat. Rose Gosé was my fav out of all, based on food, pricing, and hospitality. We just left Austin yesterday for the last time as filming is moving to Montana, and I had to have one last meal here 9/13/24. Excellent meal (beef tartare with truffle mushroom mousse and their liver pate with black cherries and sourdough), excellent service and yummy wine. My only suggestion is to go lighter on the anchovy, as hubby had the Caesar salad with smoked turkey and he is not a fan of anchovy, so I had a nice salad also lol.

This is the second time I've eaten here. I just love their illustrated cocktail menu, both cocktails I've ordered were delicious. My friend and I split the pumpkin appetizer, unique and yummy, and then we both decided to order cheeseburgers. Scrumptious! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, I'll definitely return.

The food was great with options for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Relaxed environment. Our cocktails were great too. The owner was friendly and took extra care to change the carbonara sauce from pork to shrimp upon request. The service was great. All in all this quaint place offers a great experience!

My friends and I enjoy trying new locations for brunch every month and Rosé Gosé did not disappoint. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable, the drink selection was fun and creative, and the food was delicious. The restaurant is quaint and the perfect location to get together with friends. They have an outdoor patio that would be perfect in cooler weather. We plan to return to try their dinner menu.

Very good service. Enjoyed: tomato soup, green salad with falafel, eggplant with Greek yogurt: all tasted fresh and definitely shareable. Drinks took a while to come, they need more than one bartender. He was working hard but it also meant cocktails took a while to arrive. Nice restaurant, everyone is nice and the food is delicious!
