It was my birthday and me and my whole family went. Place was nice inside outside was a bunch of construction but overall was nice. Food and ambiance was great! Will definitely go back again ♥️

Everything was great, except the elevator wasn’t working for the rooftop entrance, we had to go up a lot of stairs.

Came in for brunch and immediately liked the vibe. The music was a great mix of hip-hop and R&B, though it was sometimes a little hard to hear what my friend was saying. Our server Jonas was attentive and upbeat. We ordered the red sangria. It was tasty but not strong enough to me. The guava Thai chili wings were the star!!! Crunchy, cooked perfectly, and delicious. We both had the chicken and waffles thinking how can you mess that up? The waffles were too soft for my taste and the chicken was overcooked. I received a breast and a leg. I could barely cut the breast let alone eat it. I was able to get some meat off of the leg, but it should not be a chore to eat food you pay for. We would return for the wings and the music, but perhaps come in during dinner or happy hour to try other food and drinks.

If your waitress is Jess, you are in the best hands. Attentive, good energy, great suggestions, and will keep your cup of unlimited brunch drink FULL!! Moving on to what I actually ordered. Me and my date ordered their Chicken and Waffles, and French Toast with a side of bacon and home fries. We also ordered the 90 minute unlimited mimosa (passion fruit). The food was fresh and hot when it hit the table. Good portion, and taste great. For me, the food isn't the star here, it's the drinks and ambiance. The mimosa is served in a wine glass. So you get plenty of drink right away. Our waitress kept us full, and even put down a pitcher for easier refilling. The music was perfect for brunch (90's D&B type hits/early 2000's), and not too loud where you can't have a conversation. If good company, drinks, and eats are your thing then Rosa's is worth a visit. They also have a rooftop which I will be sure to experience next time. Overall I give 5/5.

Was happy to find a place that offers brunch on a Friday afternoon so I came specifically for that. Atmosphere: As others have mentioned, it is inside a hotel lobby so the overall space isn't huge. The decor is a super cute modern/trendy vibe. Our table was behind the bar which has a floor to ceiling wall/partition that made it feel like we were separated from the other side. I think bringing that down will really open up the feel. There is a photo booth and swing to take pics/boomerangs that get sent directly to your phone for free. The theme was R&B brunch and the music did cut out a few times but eventually the DJ arrived (around 5 pm) and things picked back up. It wasn't too loud and everyone was enjoying themselves at their tables/the bar. Once we finished our meal, we were invited to head up to the rooftop to have a drink or hookah. Tables were fcfs. The rooftop was very cute and had a lot of photo opportunities. It rained pretty heavily for a few and we were offered umbrellas while we waited it out. Food: I ordered the t-bone steak from the brunch menu. It was delicious! Seasoned well and had that grilled taste to it, which I love. There were also eggs, home fries and a small side salad. The portions were great and I was nice and full by the end. The unlimited mimosas started off VERY heavy on the juice, but our server, Joseph, had no problem making the next round stronger. They are very mindful of the 90 min seating time so don't expect any wiggle room on that. The bill for 2 people (we both had the same entree and unlimited drinks and 1 order of fries) was $172.56 which I found to be a bit steep for brunch. It was about $86 pp and there was a 20% service charge automatically included. Service: Both upstairs and downstairs provided excellent service. The employees were friendly and funny and easy to talk to. It seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their jobs and were happy to be there.
