Although they were very slow, we were sat a a table that would fit 6 comfortably. We had nine people. We were touching one another on the long sides and my one son had to sit in the isle with his plate half on the table. Because it was touching the two plates in either side.

We selected Rosalita's because it was a midpoint from where both couples were traveling-50 minutes-and right off the GSP. It looked like a fun place . Julianna was the very friendly hostess who accommodated our request for a quieter table. The problems began with the service. We had to ask for chips/salsa and were told that would be delivered only after ordering. The salsa was very good and my red sangria was terrific and reasonably priced. The group ordered four different dishes. My chicken fajitas were good. My husband ordered the enchilada combo, my friend ordered cheese enchiladas and her husband ordered chicken enchiladas. The young man who served the platters confused two dishes and gave them to the wrong people. This was only realized after they began eating. The kitchen mistakenly cooked my friend's cheese enchilada order with chicken and that had to be redone. When we pointed all the confusion out to our server, he became defensive and grabbed the plates. He later replaced them with a thud on the table. This was unacceptable.

Our server did not care about us- left multiple times, checked in maybe once. We ordered multiple drinks and some apps. Maybe would’ve ordered more but she was nowhere to be found.

The food is beyond bland. This is food definitely does not taste like Mexican food at all. No flavor and poor presentation. And the salsa is sweet which is weird. I will never go back there again. Beside the food, the waitress was very nice.
