Le premier Rosa Mexicano du New Jersey est situé à The Shops, à Riverside, dans le conté de Bergen. Ce restaurant peut accueillir jusqu’à 160 personnes. Great place to stop in for a quick bite to eat. Service is fast and friendly. Food is very good. They also have a nice bar area and outdoor seating.

Had dinner with friends and it was wonderful. Nice margaritas, good fresh guacamole, and the tacos were perfect. We especially liked that there are yummy vegetarian options here.

Went there expecting my normal good dining experience. However, we got there and was seated immediately but noticed not many customers there. Once seated we realized that it was pretty warm in the restaurant. It was very hot and humid outside. I asked our waitress about air conditioning. She told us the air conditioner is broken and has been for over a month. They had floor fans blowing in a few different locations. She moved us to a table that had a fan blowing on it so we stayed and ordered food. The service was just ok and the food was just ok also. We dined there previously and had better dining experiences then. This time it was different. The mere fact that they have not fixed the air conditioning in over a month, shows that they don’t care much about both their customers and their employees.

Extremely short staffed. Took 45 minutes to receive our drinks which were watered down versions of a Margarita and a Martini. Intermnable wait for our appetizer (guacamole), but then main course served immediately with no time to enjoy the appetizer. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

The food was so disappointing as. Compared to how it used to be. The quality had gone down. Many of the delicious culinary options like crab enchiladas and carne asada tacos were no longer available. Disappointed.

No A/C on a 97 degree day in July in the midst of a heat wave!! Not one person said anything upon our arrival until we asked, "why so warm in here?" The guac was super salty. In fact, everything was incredibly salty this trip. To add, food was tepid when it dropped -- not hot. I hate that! Why do food establishments not understand the importance of serving "hot" food?! Kay, our server was AWESOME! She saved the day and experience.

HAVE BEEN GOING TO ROSA MEXICANA FOR OVER 20 YEARS, STARTING WITH THE ORIGINAL NYC LOCATION. SERVICE WAS SO PATHETIC LAST EVENING THAT WE GOT UP AND LEFT. WERE SEATED PROMPTLY. TOOK SEVERAL TRIES TO SNAG A WAITER AND DID MANAGE TO GET AN ORDER OF GUACAMOLE. DRINKS AFTER 1/2 HOUR NEVER ARRIVED. NO ONE EVEN ASKED IF WE WANTED WATER. FINALLY GOT ANOTHER SERVER TO GET WATER AND GOT A BOTTLE OF WARM WATER HANDED TO ME WITH NO ICE IN GLASS OR BOTTLE. NO ONE EVER EVEN ASKED IF WE WANTED TO ORDER FOOD. MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR DESTROYING A PERFECTLY GOOD RESTAURANT WITH SUCH POORLY SUPERVISED STAFF. WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION
