We were there on a Saturday morning and it was extremely busy, and apologised for the delays on many occasions. Food was really nice. We sat outside at our request, the outdoor area needs work it is right beside the toilets and feels like it is in the backyard of a privately owned home. It felt very separate from the indoor area and feel the ambience inside would be completely different

Outstanding friendly, efficient service and outstanding food. A wonderful place to meet with family and friends for coffee and a meal. Highly recommended.

Roots Collective was simply gorgeous. We loved the whole concept behind the experience. Super easy to book a table and confirm. Food, juices & coffee were all delicious, outstanding. Such a gem in Sarina. Excellent friendly service. Great value for money. We can’t wait to get back there!

An amazing cafe to show off to people from Mackay ! The added benefit of being able to buy items to take home - such as the packaged items from the fridge. Squeals of delight to find dried pineapple - apparently the perfect garnish for French Martini’s 🥰🥰
