Révolutionnez votre consommation dans le quartier d'Uptown, à Charlotte. Le Rooster's Wood Fired Kitchen, créé par le chef Jim Noble, s'apprête à redéfinir la restauration. Ce bar à vins propose un menu à la carte composé d'une sélection de plats aux influences espagnoles, françaises et italiennes, préparés sur un grill au feu de bois, une rôtisserie et dans un four importé d'Italie. Les mets de qualité du Rooster's Wood-Fired Kitchen sont à la fois abordables et simples, avec des accents culinaires du sud du pays. Située au centre de la salle, la cuisine ouverte vous permettra d'admirer le savoir-faire des cuisiniers tout en dégustant vos plats sur le comptoir en granit ancien, perché sur un tabouret de bar fabriqué à la main. The food was amazing. Waiter, on the other hand, was not very attentive. Had to ask multiple times for water, ice, etc. Would absolutely go back for the food. Hopefully we get a different server.

A wonderful time at Roosters! Our waiter, Marcus, was awesome. Food, as always, delicious!! Looking forward to dining there again.

Our server was very attentive, and the service was quick. I ordered a farrow grain chicken vegetable bowl which was very good; I would order it again. My friends enjoyed each of their meals; French toast, chicken salad, salmon. However, the coconut cake dessert was a real hit! We all really liked that the restaurant connected internally with the BofA building, which is very convenient.

Generally a wonderful experience eating here. We weren’t rushed, food came out at a reasonable pace, drinks were served quickly, service and attentiveness was excellent. Not too loud, seating is a “bit tight” but not over crowded. Fun to watch the kitchen work and the floor managers are always walking the floor to identify issues and provide good customer service/experience. My only “negative” is that I believe the prices to be a bit high for the types/styles of food (I.e a shareable side of pan fried corn should not be $10, etc…) but I knew this before going so I’m not complaining. Overall, entrees were prepared well and I’d go back again for sure!

Food was delicious and innovative. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and wine. I would definitely go back to try more items.

Visiting Charlotte and staying in uptown area. We visited here on a Sunday evening. No idea about parking, we walked. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Service was professional, attentive but not intrusive. They weren't packed when we walked in but it got that way and they handled it well. The food, though. Oh my. I had the baby gem salad and the roquefort dressing was delicious. I had the roasted tenderloin and added a side of Carolina gold rice. My companion had the grilled shrimp and said the shrimp were excellent. He added the blue sweet potato side dish with balsamic and cashews. Unusual but a delight. He shared a bite with me and it was so good. Wines are interesting. We had some great ones.
