Révolutionnez votre consommation dans le quartier d'Uptown, à Charlotte. Le Rooster's Wood Fired Kitchen, créé par le chef Jim Noble, s'apprête à redéfinir la restauration. Ce bar à vins propose un menu à la carte composé d'une sélection de plats aux influences espagnoles, françaises et italiennes, préparés sur un grill au feu de bois, une rôtisserie et dans un four importé d'Italie. Les mets de qualité du Rooster's Wood-Fired Kitchen sont à la fois abordables et simples, avec des accents culinaires du sud du pays. I took my mom here before going to a show at the Belk Auditorium. We were running late because I accidentally put the Southpark location in the GPS instead of the Uptown location. I called the restaurant to let them know we'd be late (and why), so they held our table. When the server introduced himself, I explained that we had a show time and that we'd be sharing a variety of things on the menu, so he ensured we had extra plates to share and that our meal came out timely. Service and food were great!

Good for gluten free. They have a gluten free menu and most specials are GFO.

Dinner before a play. Ricky our waiter knew our time constraints and kept us and his kitchen on track. We even had time for dessert. The coconut cake is outstanding. Food is consistently excellent. Wife had Salmon I had chicken. Also recommend the onion rings. Multiple members of the management staff stopped by to check in on us. We will be back.

We were lucky enough to have RIcky as our server for the night, pleasant and knowledgeable without intruding. He recommended the fried oysters appetizer, which we tried. Beautifully fried, crispy outside, still creamy inside, plus really tasty homemade cocktail-style sauce. We both had the chicken quarter — mine without bbq sauce, my husband’s w/ bbq. We were able to ask for either dark or light meat. Also took Ricky’s suggestion for the potatoes au gratin, very tasty, creamy and cheesy. Also had the succotash side dish. Both sides were very generous portions for 2 people. In fact we brought about 1/4 of each home, plus 1 of each of our chicken leg/thigh pieces. Rooster’s feels just a tad snug and it is a “lively” soundscape. Partially our experience was impacted by a group of about 10 next to our table, who were engaged in conversation. Also, oddly, to access the restrooms, you have to leave the restaurant and walk down a hallway in the BoA building. Roosters is a great spot for pre-theatre dinner. Good food and service, and they will validate parking for the entire night (so you don’t need to buy parking with your show tickets).

Wonderful experience. Everything is freshly prepared. The details on every item served were exceptional. Highly recommend the BBQ chicken, the pasta or the mushroom pizza. Every side we had was served hot and fresh with amazing taste. Can’t wait to go back again.

Sides were incredible (Brussel Sprouts and potato au gratin). Duck was a little tougher than I'd like but still good. Braised short rib was solid as well. Great service and overall very good dinner.

Meal was great. Overall food was fantastic. Service was not super great. Our waiter didn’t seem to care that we were there in the menu was a little confusing.
