Révolutionnez votre consommation à South Park, à Charlotte. Le Rooster's Wood Fired Kitchen, créé par le chef Jim Noble, s'apprête à redéfinir la restauration. Ce bar à vins propose un menu à la carte composé d'une large sélection de plats aux influences espagnoles, françaises et italiennes, préparés sur un grill au feu de bois, une rôtisserie et dans un four importé d'Italie. Les plats de qualité du Rooster's Wood-Fired Kitchen sont à la fois abordables et simples, aux accents culinaires du sud du pays. Située au centre de la salle, la cuisine ouverte vous permettra d'admirer le savoir-faire des cuisiniers tout en dégustant vos plats sur le comptoir en granit ancien, perché sur un tabouret de bar fabriqué à la main. L'intérieur du restaurant présente des touches de cuir, de pierre ancienne, de bois travaillé à la main et de fer forgé qui rappellent le côté fait maison et artisanal de sa cuisine.

The seasonal butternut squash was excellent and the arugula salad was also…Roosters has been a favorite for many years for us! Looking forward to the newest location in Ballantyne that will be opening SOON!

ordered the new item Pizza- was awful. hardly any cheese and wayyyyy too much saucy tomato. Did I mention the pie was awful. crust was good!!

Unfortunately the staff began to remove plates from our table while some of us were still eating. We felt very rushed this evening. The service was the worst I’ve experienced at Roosters.

We sat on the patio because noise level is very HIGH inside. Food is ALWAYS excellent..,my go to restaurant in Charlotte

Our server was very professional yet personable. He was always there when we needed him. Food came quickly and was delicious. The whole area around South Park Roosters is very inviting. I encouraged my 2 friends to get the coconut cake to go, as I had had it 2 weeks ago uptown. Will definitely refer others and revisit myself again soon!

My husband and I met another couple for dinner at Roosters on Saturday night and everything placed on the table was fantastic. The pear arugula salad was delicious; the salmon was the best I have ever tasted with crispy skin and tender succulent salmon meat inside. My husband raved over the flank steak and our friends loved the shrimp aioli and the fried oysters. The sides were delicious as well—corn, beets and fingerling potatoes. Really incredible food and such a nice way to spend time with our friends. Roosters has fine dining down to an art. We will be back!
