Révolutionnez votre consommation à South Park, à Charlotte. Le Rooster's Wood Fired Kitchen, créé par le chef Jim Noble, s'apprête à redéfinir la restauration. Ce bar à vins propose un menu à la carte composé d'une large sélection de plats aux influences espagnoles, françaises et italiennes, préparés sur un grill au feu de bois, une rôtisserie et dans un four importé d'Italie. Les plats de qualité du Rooster's Wood-Fired Kitchen sont à la fois abordables et simples, aux accents culinaires du sud du pays. Située au centre de la salle, la cuisine ouverte vous permettra d'admirer le savoir-faire des cuisiniers tout en dégustant vos plats sur le comptoir en granit ancien, perché sur un tabouret de bar fabriqué à la main. Beautiful restaurant and great service. Very attentive and friendly. Food was great. Always one of my favorite when I’m in Charlotte.

I've been to practically every restaurant in CLT over 20+ years. Service at this location was the highest level i've ever encountered! Everyone was attentive, responsive and nice. This was EVERYONE. Bartenders, hostesses, waiters, etc. I specifically went to try the hanger steak. Good, but not great. Well prepared but wasn't as tender as other hanger steaks i've had. Assuming its truly hanger, perhaps they should ensure the 5-10 min. resting time..this can make a notable difference!) Other than that, wife enjoyed her scallops, sides were good (Mushrooms (overly expensive but unique), augratin, frites however corn was 'so so'. Don't know why people rave about it. I see it as inbetween a "firebirds" and a (Pick your top end steak house) with superior service. Look forward to the opening at the "Bowl" in ballantyne and will try them again!

Always love introducing our friends and family to Roosters. The food is consistently amazing and service fantastic. Mouthwatering roasted chicken and savory potatoes au gratin and mac and cheese only to be beat by the desserts. Reasons for just below outstanding Value is drinks are pricey while food is creative and so yummy it's well worth the extra $. It is noisey being so open but that's the best part - watching the chefs in action. Can't wait for Ballantyne to open!

The grain bowl is delicious and seems very healthy. Yummy bread pudding! A friend treated me for my birthday, and Roosters was my choice for a good meal where we could relax and catch up. The waitress was excellent!

We sat outside, which kept the noise level low and the elevated patio was great (limited seating but nice!). Our server was great and attentive. Our only complaint was that the basket of bread to start the meal tasted stale. We asked for new bread and our waiter brought us a fresh basket of different bread that was delicious.
