North Carolina chef and restaurateur, Jim Noble founded Rooster’s: A Noble Grille with the intention of being relevant without being trendy and to impress without being pretentious. That commitment has carried us through two decades and continues to lead us on today.

Knowing that simple food is harder to execute given there is nowhere to hide the flaws, we go to great lengths to source quality ingredients from local farmers and purveyors. We then take all the time necessary to develop their flavors —using both European and modern techniques—always working from scratch.

Our menu features tried and true staples like our spit­-roasted chicken cooked over open fire as well as progressive daily​ specials and elevated Small Plates featuring Executive Chef Brad Pennell. At Rooster’s, you’ll always find something new served with an honest commitment and consistently warm care.

    Really good food and a nice atmosphere. It was the 2nd time we visited this weekend, mainly on the recommendation of our server Thursday night to try brunch. Thumbs up!

    I ordered the burger pink. It came back pretty raw but was still good. I didn’t want to send back because I hate doing that

    This was a return trip for us to celebrate a special occasion for brunch. We were seated immediately (on time for our reservation), the restaurant was not busy at all, and our waitress immediately greeted us. She did a phenomenal job being attentive without hovering or making us feel rushed. My group each ordered different brunch meals, and all were excellent! The way they also care to celebrate special occasions with a complimentary dessert is such a nice touch. Everyone left feeling full and extremely happy! The menu prices are a little pricy, but for the experience on a special occasion, I think it's a good value! We will continue to return when we want to celebrate with friends and family!

    Disappointing visit at an otherwise consistent spot. Two entrees poorly prepared - MR filet undercooked, halibut dry and overcooked. Rest of evening enjoyable, good service etc.
